Wind picked up in the afternoon 10kt+

10kn wind with 13kn gusts, waves 2ft but choppy. At the helm, learned to maintain heading in chop.

Light winds, no waves. At the helm for half.

Waves - choppy Wind - 9kt with 16kt gusts Lots of heeling, white caps. Cruising on a beam reach, tough steering. Choose to raise and lower main sail, push and catch the boat on dept and arrival.

It was choppy. 4-5ft swells, 6-7 sec apart. 1 guess felt ill, so we reentered the marina early
