Beautiful autumnal sail from Brighton to Hayling. Northerlies created a super flat sea. Motored for final part to Selsey Bill, then sailed again into the Harbour. Stunning blue sky day

The most brutal of offshore races

Set off with a perfect forecast then steering cables snapped off Ushant 🫣 Going into Brest wasn't an option so bailed to Falmouth

Super light wind race. Two general recalls, third start on committee boat end 💥 Light breeze on the course saw us round mark in 6th then pick the fleet off as we sailed towards the gate at Porto Cervo Night one we hit our first period of 0kts of breeze. Very frustrating. Inshore pack catch some land breeze and lead us into Porto Cervo. Weaved through the maddalena archipelago was spectacular with a fair breeze. Final leg to finish peppered with wind holes and good breeze. Maxed out 18.8kts boat speed under code 0. Final 3 hours were... trying!
