D shackle disassembled from traveller, repaired. Bowsprit bent up filling asy spinnaker on the third fill. Fell off a short time later. Everything recovered and stowed. Great day sailing. Weather was good, swell none to 0.5 m. Wind was varied with land effects. Great crew.
