Dartmouth on a classic gaff rig 🤩

We had the most wonderful sailing around Dartmouth on a stunning wooden Kristensen 43 ft from 1937 😮called Escape. We had sun shining and light breeze making the most wonderful sailing experience. Andy organises trips out of Dartmouth for half day or up to full week ends and I cannot recommend it enough

We spent the morning on Escape a 43-foot wooden classic gaff yawl built in 1937 by Kristensen in Norway. She was originally designed by Colin Archer as a sailing lifeboat but was refined to make her slightly smaller and easier to sail. A fantastic Day 😍. Just me Gaia and Andy who was lovely sailing out of Dartmouth. Surprised at how easy she was to sail and fun to use the main, stay, jib and mizzen!
