This is a full offshore transatlantic crossing involving approximately 4–5 weeks at sea and over 4,500 nautical miles of offshore sailing. Crew will take part in: * Offshore watch systems * Night sailing * Ocean navigation * Sail handling and reefing * Heavy weather sailing * Weather routing * Helming * Passage planning * Daily yacht operations * Ocean seamanship training This voyage combines long offshore legs with stopovers in Bermuda and the Azores, offering a true bluewater sailing expedition aboard a professionally skippered 57-foot yacht. Conditions will vary from tropical trade winds to colder North Atlantic systems and open-ocean swell. This is a physically and mentally demanding expedition suited to adventurous crew seeking authentic offshore experience.

Antigua is one of the Caribbean’s great sailing hubs and the starting point for this west-to-east Atlantic crossing. Crew will join the yacht here for final preparations, offshore safety briefings, provisioning, and passage planning before departing northbound towards Bermuda and the open Atlantic.
Located deep in the North Atlantic, Bermuda has long been a legendary waypoint for offshore sailors crossing between the Caribbean, North America, and Europe. The stopover provides an opportunity for rest, reprovisioning, and preparation before continuing eastbound across the Atlantic.
Horta Marina on Faial Island is one of the world’s most iconic offshore sailing stopovers and a famous meeting point for transatlantic sailors. Surrounded by volcanic landscapes and maritime history, the Azores provide a memorable final stop before the last leg back to the UK.
Dartmouth marks the completion of the Atlantic Homecoming Voyage and a rewarding landfall after crossing the North Atlantic. Situated on the River Dart in South Devon, Dartmouth offers a fitting conclusion to one of sailing’s great offshore passages.
