The voyage begins in the historic sailing port of Dartmouth on the River Dart in South Devon. Following final preparations and safety briefings, the yacht departs southbound towards the Bay of Biscay and the Atlantic coast of Europe.

This is a hands-on offshore sailing passage involving coastal and open-water sailing across the Bay of Biscay before continuing south towards Porto. Crew will take part in: * Offshore watch systems * Night sailing * Sail handling and reefing * Helming * Passage planning * Weather routing * Navigation * Marina arrivals and departures * Daily yacht operations Conditions may vary from calm Atlantic sailing to more demanding offshore weather and sea states.
