The RYA Day Skipper Practical course equips you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to “Take Charge” safely and competently. Over five immersive days, you will learn to manage a yacht, ensure the safety of the crew, and handle the challenges of navigation, pilotage, and boat handling. Whether you’re planning to sail recreationally or prepare for global adventures, this course is your gateway to becoming a confident skipper. Live aboard our modern training yacht, SY Isabelle, and experience the beauty and challenges of sailing in the dynamic waters between Manila Bay and Caylabne Bay. Min. Duration: 5 Days/3 Weekends

Jero takes his vast sailing experience, including skippering a circumnavigation, and delivers top quality training courses in the beautiful waters around Manila Bay.
Day 1 The course takes you through the diverse sailing conditions of Manila Bay and Caylabne Bay. From the bustling harbors of Manila to serene anchorages in Caylabne, you’ll experience a mix of environments perfect for honing your skills. Expect varying winds, tidal influences, and picturesque coastal scenery, all while practicing essential navigation and pilotage techniques.
