If you would like more insight into and control over anxiety, whether it is related to general life or sailing specifically, psychologist Claudia Harkness and psychologist and Yachtmaster Tim Harkness have developed a special Sea Trials outing that combines talking and sailing to give you breathing, thinking, and practical skills to help you master your anxiety and feel more confident on and off the boat.
A genuinely useful blend of psychology and time on the water, giving you tools you’ll actually use rather than just theory.
