Any Specific Requirements?

• Sailing Experience: Completion of our Advanced Sailing Course (or equivalent verifiable experience). Prior offshore or overnight experience is beneficial but not mandatory — especially if you've just completed the RMSR with us.
• Physical Fitness: You must be able to handle watch duties for the offshore legs. The coastal days are more relaxed, but the offshore passages demand the same focus as any serious open-water sailing.
• Dependability: Be prepared to perform roles and assignments as designated by the skipper, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to teamwork.
• Team Spirit: A positive attitude, sense of humor, and willingness to share tasks. We cook together, clean together, and explore together.
