Ken and I hosted bon voyage party at our home harbor in Michigan City the night before we left on our journey. We have so many family and friends that shared great tips and extra hands for last minute provision and preparations for our trip. We had froze some of the leftovers which helped towards last minute provisioning. FYI baked beans, franks, ands sour kraut hold up great after being frozen.
