We went out the western channel with a  proper motor but came back due to high wind and choppy water. You definitely didn’t miss out on anything! 

Took out the Pandora with Caroline and Roman. Unfortunately, the motor died three times in the approach and in the western gap. We decided due to the high SW winds that it might be best if we sailed only the harbour in case we had any more engine problems on a return trip back through the western gap. The sailing was good and we explored the new mouth of the Don River. Multiple tacks later we returned back to the slip (the engine worked for once).
