conditions were ideal, winds out of the west at 15kt the whole day. we sailed out with the asymmetrical spinnaker which is always fun, hitting speeds of 7.5kts. A perfect Friday sail.

we saw a whale and lots of naval activity including a submarine, battleship, and an aircraft carrier. Along with many lobster pots and no real wind, the trip was uneventful.

no wind, marine layer, good food with Matt Orey. It felt good to have everyone along for the journey
