Decent but flukey wind. Did some MOB and such things in the morning.

Late start due to engine mishaps and berthing practice in the morning. Picked up a mooring outside Port Bannatyne for dinner. Wind was alright but only sailed Tarbert to the West Kyle as it was getting dark and would have to tack upwind along a fairly narrow stretch once out of the Kyles up to Holy Loch. This might have been fun in the daylight but we were all knackered by that stage.

Mixed wind. Strong at first then eased as it veered later on. We did a blind navigation exercise and somehow I nailed it. We had planned to take a stop in Loch Ranza but decided to just press on into Tarbert.

Motor sailing for most of it. Wind picked up south of Arran so got sail down and just motored the rest.

Very little wind. Sunny but cold. Motored to little Cumbrae then motorsailed the rest. Saw plenty of dolphins while dodging trawlers north of Arran.

Wind was decent but veered and strengthened around the south end of Meganisi. This basically meant we were upwind most of the day. Gusting 30kts at points when south of Meganisi, we ended up motoring as it got a bit much for the inexperienced crew. Forecast was well off.

Decent wind but wet. Had planned to anchor on the mainland but wind picked up as we got closer so we tacked back.

Good wind, rain but not too bad. Wind died right off when we got into the Meganisi channel.

Nice sun but very little wind. Got a bit of sailing done and could have drifted into Ithaca but wanted to be there sooner so motor sailed.
